Ailbhe graduated with an LL.B in law and qualified as a solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland in 2005. She holds a Diploma in Family Law and has also trained as a collaborative law practitioner.
She worked in general practice for many years and since joining Spain Toomey in 2022, she has specialised in family law.
Ailbhe provides advice on all aspects of family law including divorce, judicial separation, maintenance, custody and access issues, deeds of separation and domestic violence related proceedings.
Ailbhe recognises the particular financial and emotional challenges faced by people when their relationship breaks down and takes a client centred approach focussed on providing clear and practical advice to guide them through the family law legal system.
Ailbhe is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Family Lawyers’ Association and the Association of Collaborative Practitioners in Ireland.
